MTM was established in 1964 originally as a tooling and die shop in Winnipeg, Canada. The focus quickly turned towards servicing the transformer manufacturing industry, which was experiencing great growth at the time both locally and internationally.

Our staff includes former production managers and engineers from the transformer industry.  With over 120 years combined experience,  they help guide and mentor innovation and smart design at MTM.
