VERTICAL COIL PRESS

The MTM Coil Press is designed to lower the upper platten via a 4 post hydraulic system which ensures equal pressure and movement during the press operation.  The press plate is kept level with the bottom platen by an array of ball-caged guide posts around the circumference.

The top platten is adjustable to obtain the desired window height via a push button control.  4 jack screws mounted in each corners on the platen are driven simultaneously through a common reduction transmission by an AC motor.
