6 Ton Core Assembly Table

Completely stacked Center and Side Leg core sections can be transferred from either the 600 mm or the 400 mm MTM Core Systems to the assembly table.  The center leg will be fixed while the side legs can be adjusted by hand crank to adjust window size.  Both side legs will move in and out at the same time.  Each section will be secured to the table by a series of adjustable clamps.  A shoe assembly will be positioned to support the weight of the sections prior to lift vertical.

When ready, the core assembly can be lifted vertical for bottom yoke insertion (book by book).  Once lowered, the table can be rotated 180 degrees (locked in position) and raised vertical where the table can be lowered and the assembled core (less the top yoke) can be removed for the next core assembly.
