MTM offers a standard line of core / coil assembly and mitre core stacking tables suitable for CRGO and amorphous core materials. Core / Coil Assembly Tables are compatible with TRANCO and UNICORE style cores.
All tables are designed with an integrated hydraulic system.

2,000 lb. Core / Coil Assembly Table
The MTM 2,000 lb. Core / Coil Assembly Table is designed for the assembly of CRGO and amorphous core materials.
Designed with an integrated hydraulic system, this system is able to rotate the core / coil assembly 90 degrees as well as independently adjust the position of the coils relative to the table surface. Contact MTM for more information on requirements for amorphous core assembly.
3,000 lb. Core / Coil Assembly Table
The MTM 3,000 lb. Core/Coil Assembly Table is designed for the assembly of CRGO and amorphous core materials.
Designed with an integrated hydraulic system, this system is able to rotate the core / coil assembly 90 degrees as well as independently adjust the position of the coils relative to the table surface. 5 & 10 Ton Core Stacking Table
The MTM Core Stacking Table is designed for the stacking of mitre cores for capacities up to 10 Tons (2 different models available). Each table is designed with an integrated hydraulic system for upending the assembly at the completion of the stacking process. Stacking bars are located on top of a machined surface to position the stacked mitre core assembly above the table surface. 2 or 3 core supports are located on the end of the table to support the mitre core assembly in the upright position.The supports are full adjustable side to side as well as in and out (relative to the mitre core assembly).
