MTM offers a range of automated mitre core cutting and stacking machines for distribution and mediumsize transformer production.

Our machines offer full sequential cutting suitable for manufacturing multiple cores while at the same time reducing material setup. Mitre core cutting and stacking machines can be configured to operate in either segment / log or E-stacking configuration.

Mitre Core

XS600-P20

The MTM XS600-P20 automated cutting and stacking machine is a versatile machine suitable for distribution and medium power core manufacturing. Its patented design allows for multiple core segment stacking in full sequential order. Depending on the production level, the machine is capable of manufacturing up to 30 core segments (6 cores) in one setup with no re-arranging required of the processed laminations.

Mitre Core

XS600-P20E

The MTM XS600-P20e automated cutting and stacking maching has the added capability of E Stacking complete core assemblies. The machine is capable of manufacturing up to 30 core segments (6 cores) in one setup with no re-arranging required of the processed laminations and also capable of E Stacking up to 2 or 4 complete core assemblies on the machine. There are 2 versions of the stacking system available depending on your manufacturing requirements.

XS600-P10

The MTM XS600-P10 automated cutting and stacking machine is a compact and versatile machine suitable for distribution core manufacturing. Its patented design allows for multiple core segment stacking in full sequential order. Depending on the production level, the machine is capable of manufacturing up to 20 core segments (4 cores) in one setup with no re-arranging required of the processed laminations.
