MODELS

2 WAY RECTANGULAR 

WINDING MANDRELS

This 2-way mechanical expanding mandrel is modular in design and is suitable for integration on MTM and other OEM winding machines. Customizable adaptor plates on the headstock and tailstock allow the mandrel to easily be switched from one machine to the other if mounting requirements are different. Typical expansion ranges of 1 to 1.5 in. is available. Overall dimensions are custom to application.

4 WAY RECTANGULAR

WINDING MANDRELS

This 4-way mechanical expanding mandrel is modular in design and is suitable for integration on MTM and other OEM winding machines. The mandrel expands independently on the x and y axis to provide a large range of adjustment. Customizable adaptor plates on the headstock and tailstock allow the mandrels to easily be switched from one machine to the other if mounting requirements are different. Typical expansion ranges of 1 to 1.5 in. is available. Overall dimensions are custom to application.

ROUND WINDING

MANDRELS (DISTRIBUTION)

This round expanding mandrel is modular in design and is suitable for integration on MTM and other OEM winding machines. The mandrel expansion is mechanical 4 to 8 in. range of adjustment. Customizable adaptop plates on the headstock and tailstock allow the mandrel to easily be switched drom one machine to the other if mounting requirements are different. Overall dimensions are custom to application. Supplements or forms are available for further expansion in the work diameter.
