High-performance LV winding machine with a small footprint
MTM Compact winding machine is optimized for LV winding sections and emphasizes a more compact footprint. This machine is suitable for distribution and medium size transformer production in both semi-automatic and fully automatic format.
The machine is available in 400 mm and 600 mm coil widths making it suitable for single and some multi coil fabrication. The integrated cold welding system is optimized for multi foil welding application where foils can be parallel (2 coils at once) or stacked (2 foils conductors in the same coil) using copper or aluminum. Foil conductor cleaning system is also integrated.
